Floqer says its AI agents help sales teams find and track prospects, and plans to open-source the underlying technology in early 2027.
Floqer, a startup building customer research software for business-to-business sales and marketing teams, said it plans to open-source the technology behind its customer knowledge database in early 2027. The company made the announcement ahead of its Startup Battlefield presentation at TechCrunch Disrupt on October 14, 2026. The release is subject to security reviews because the system can hold sensitive customer information.
The platform lets users describe the companies and contacts they want to find, then uses AI agents to gather information from multiple sources. Floqer says its account-enrichment system draws on more than 100 third-party data sources. For verified phone numbers or email addresses, it checks providers in sequence until it finds usable contact details. It also monitors the web for changes such as a prospect changing jobs, receiving a promotion, or joining a company that raises funding, and can update customer records accordingly.
Floqer says customers have reported reducing prospecting time by as much as 70%. The database is currently available to a limited group, which CEO Shivam Mahajan attributed partly to the team’s ability to serve demand. According to Mahajan, some customers also want to host their own data or adapt the technology themselves—needs the planned open-source release is intended to address.
The company says it has surpassed $1.2 million in annual recurring revenue and grown overall revenue roughly tenfold over the past year. Founded in 2024 by Mahajan and Zaaheda Islam, Floqer has raised $2 million in pre-seed funding. It reports having eight employees and more than 1,000 customers, including Perplexity, Wise, and AngelList. Its earlier product was a Chrome extension called Super Chat; the company shifted direction after enterprise users began applying it to cleaning customer relationship management records.
