NVIDIA says it plans to invest in Doctolib, Entalpic, Genesis AI and Pigment, adding to its commitments across France’s technology ecosystem.
NVIDIA announced on October 12, 2026, planned investments in four companies with operations in France: healthcare technology firm Doctolib, materials startup Entalpic, robotics company Genesis AI and business-planning software provider Pigment. The announcement did not disclose investment amounts or terms.
The companies work across different fields. Doctolib develops healthcare services and agents; Paris-based Entalpic applies atomic-scale engineering to advanced materials, including materials relevant to semiconductor manufacturing. Genesis AI is developing general-purpose robots using foundation models alongside data collection, simulation and hardware. Pigment’s planning software helps organizations model scenarios and forecast performance across areas such as finance, sales and operations.
NVIDIA said it had previously invested in French technology companies Alice&Bob, Gradium and Scintil Photonics. It also stated that its commitments to the technology ecosystem across Europe total nearly $10 billion. The company’s announcement places the four planned investments within a wider account of AI development in France, rather than providing transaction-specific financial details.
That account includes examples of organizations deploying NVIDIA technology. LINAGORA and Docaposte’s Twake.ai workplace, built on NVIDIA Nemotron models, was named the sole referenced sovereign digital workplace under a framework agreement covering more than 2,500 French public organizations. Retail technology firm Mirakl, NVIDIA said, has processed more than 70 million products using open and fine-tuned models, bringing seller catalog onboarding to under two hours.
The announcement also described work in scientific research, telecommunications and infrastructure. L’Oréal is incorporating NVIDIA ALCHEMI into research workflows, while Bouygues Telecom and Prisme.ai have launched an employee-facing AI Studio. These examples offer context for the planned investments, but NVIDIA did not say how much capital the four companies will receive or provide a timetable for completing the investments.
