NVIDIA says partner versions of DGX Spark with 64GB unified memory will start at $4,999 on October 23 and can cluster in pairs.
NVIDIA says DGX Spark systems with 64GB of unified memory are scheduled to go on sale through Acer, ASUS, Dell, Gigabyte, HP and MSI on Friday, October 23, 2026, starting at $4,999. The company’s October 2 announcement describes the configuration as a local AI system for developers, researchers and other users who want to run models on-device.
The 64GB version retains the GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, DGX OS and NVIDIA’s AI software stack, according to the company. NVIDIA says a single system can run models with up to 100 billion parameters on-device. Supported software includes its Agent Toolkit and CUDA-X AI libraries, Nemotron open models, and runtimes such as Ollama, vLLM and PyTorch with CUDA. The company also lists llama.cpp and LM Studio among supported inference frameworks.
NVIDIA’s scaling approach pairs two systems using their ConnectX-7 network ports and its Sync Cluster Assistant. The company says a pair can pool 128GB of memory and support models of up to 200 billion parameters. In an NVIDIA test using Qwen 3.8 27B, two clustered 64GB systems delivered up to 1.7 times the performance of one system. That figure is a company-reported result for the specified test, not a general performance guarantee for every model or task.
NVIDIA says Sync Cluster Assistant detects connected systems, checks their configuration and sets up the network, allowing workloads to expand from one system to two without reconfiguring the software environment. The company also plans to release a Sync Model Launcher toward the end of October, which it says will let users run Qwen3.8 27B on a single system or cluster and make it available from laptops. OpenCode support is also planned as part of that launcher.
The announcement positions DGX Spark as hardware for local inference, agent development, fine-tuning and data science. Blender is among the early creator-app providers supporting the platform, with a downloadable installer described as forthcoming.
